Before we arrive, the Customer must take reasonable steps to ensure that:
The vehicle is available at the agreed time and location.
We have permission to access and work on the vehicle.
The vehicle is parked in a safe and lawful location.
There is sufficient space around the vehicle for the service to be performed safely.
The Customer has permission from the property owner, body corporate, workplace, landlord or other relevant person to have the service performed at the location where such permission is required.
Any required water and electricity access agreed as part of the booking is available and safe to use.
Pets, children and other persons are kept away from equipment, chemicals, electrical leads and the immediate working area where reasonably necessary for safety.
The Customer informs us about any known defects, modifications or sensitive areas that may affect the detailing process. Where DetailFlow Mobile becomes aware of a component that may be unsafe to clean normally, we may avoid that area or modify our cleaning method.
Unless otherwise agreed, DetailFlow Mobile may require access to:
A functioning outdoor water tap; and
A safe standard electrical power outlet
The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have permission to allow us to use these utilities.
Water and electricity supplied must be safe and reasonably accessible.
If suitable access is unavailable despite being confirmed at the time of booking, we may be unable to perform some or all of the service.
If this occurs after we have travelled to the location, reasonable cancellation or travel costs may apply where permitted by law.
Vehicles naturally develop wear, damage and defects over time.

DetailFlow Mobile is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that were not caused by our service.
This does not exclude responsibility for damage caused by a failure by DetailFlow Mobile to exercise due care and skill.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking or displayed on our website.
The Customer agrees to pay:
The agreed service price
Any optional services approved by the Customer
Any additional charges approved before the relevant additional work is carried out
We will not add undisclosed charges after completing the service.
Prices displayed on our website or advertising may be listed as "from" prices. f the vehicle's actual condition is materially different from the information provided, we may recommend additional work or an adjusted price. We will not perform additional chargeable work without informing you and obtaining your approval first. If you do not agree to the additional work or adjusted price, we will discuss whether the originally booked service can reasonably be completed.
Where reasonably practicable, we encourage Customers to inspect the vehicle after the service has been completed.
If you believe something has been missed or there is an issue with the service, please tell us as soon as reasonably possible so we have an opportunity to inspect and address the issue.
For practical purposes, contacting us promptly—ideally within 48 hours—can make it easier to assess detailing-related concerns.
However, this requested timeframe does not remove, shorten or restrict any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
